List on SummitWhat does it cost to list?
Nothing. There’s no subscription or setup fee. You set your price for each flight, and that’s what you receive when a traveler books.
Who can list on Summit?
Certified charter operators (FAA Part 135 or an equivalent Air Operator Certificate), flight schools (Part 141, Part 61 or the local equivalent) and helicopter tour and transfer companies. We verify every partner before they go live.
How do I add my flights?
Add your aircraft once in the partner portal, then list empty legs, seats, lesson slots or tours in a few taps. You can also connect your calendar or scheduling software with a calendar (ICS) link so your flights come in automatically.
Who sets the price and schedule?
You do. You decide the price, the time window, the aircraft and which requests to accept. You can change or cancel a booking when the time or aircraft changes, and the traveler is notified right away.
Do I get the traveler’s contact details?
You get the trip details you need to fly: names, passenger count and requests. Communication runs through the trip chat in your portal, and our team is on every thread to help.
Can I remove a listing if I sell the flight myself?
Yes. Pause or remove any listing at any time. If you sold it directly, just take it down.
Which countries do you work with?
We’re based in Florida and work with partners across the United States, the Caribbean, Europe, Türkiye, the Middle East and Central Asia.
