Payment Terms

Effective October 29, 2026 · Version 8 · Summit Jet LLC

How we collect payment for your flight, and what you authorize when you pay.

In short:
  • One charge for the Total, processed securely by Whop. We never see your full card number.
  • Crypto is converted to USD at checkout. Wire is confirmed when the funds arrive. Wire payers save a backup card, charged only if the wire misses its deadline.
  • Your card is saved securely for documented extra costs. You get an itemized notice first, and a receipt for every charge.

01About these Payment Terms

These Payment Terms are part of the Charter Agreement for your booking. By ticking the acceptance box and paying, you authorize Summit Jet LLC to collect payment as described here. You confirm that you are at least 18, and that you are the holder of the payment method or have the holder’s permission to use it.

02Cardholder information

Your name, billing address, email and phone number are collected during checkout and linked to this authorization. Your card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure, PCI DSS-compliant form. Summit Jet never collects, sees or stores your full card number or security code.

03Card and Apple Pay

You authorize a charge of the Total shown at checkout. The charge is processed when you complete checkout and is non-refundable as set out in the Charter Agreement. Your card details go directly to our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor, Whop. Summit Jet never sees or stores your full card number or security code. Your bank may ask you to verify the payment, for example with 3D Secure.

You also authorize your payment method to be saved securely by Whop and charged later for documented extra charges under Section 7 of the Charter Agreement. Saving the payment method does not authorize any other charge.

04Cryptocurrency

Crypto payments go through our processor’s checkout and are converted to U.S. dollars at the time of payment. The price you pay is the Total less the crypto discount shown. Payment counts as received when the processor confirms it. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed by the sender. Refunds that are due under the Charter Agreement are made in U.S. dollars.

05Bank wire and backup card

The wire price is the Total less the wire discount shown. Send exactly that amount and put your booking code in the reference. Your bank’s fees are your responsibility, so the amount we receive must cover the full price. The trip is confirmed when the funds arrive. The Wire Deadline is shown with the wire details: two (2) business days after you request them, and never later than 48 hours before departure.

Backup card. Before you see the wire details, you save a backup card with our payment processor. Nothing is charged or held at that time.

If the wire is late. If the full wire has not arrived by the Wire Deadline, we send you a notice. If it still has not arrived 24 hours later, you authorize us to charge the backup card the Total (the card price, without the wire discount). If your wire arrives after we charged your card, we refund the duplicate payment. The backup card is also kept on file for documented extra charges.

06Zelle

The Zelle price is the Total less the Zelle discount shown. Send exactly that amount to the Zelle tag shown at checkout (recipient: SUMMIT JET LLC) and put your booking code in the memo. The trip is confirmed when the full amount arrives in our account. Zelle payments cannot be reversed by the sender, so check the recipient name before you send. Your bank sets your Zelle limits; if they are lower than the amount, choose another payment method. Refunds that are due under the Charter Agreement are made to your bank account.

07Extra charges after the flight

If extra costs arise (see Section 7 of the Charter Agreement), we first send you an itemized notice by email and in your trip messages, with the Operator’s supporting details. If you have a question, reply and we will work it out with you before charging. If you do not respond after at least two notices over at least five (5) business days, you authorize us to charge the documented amount to your saved payment method. Charges may be made within 60 days after the flight, and you get a receipt for each one. If no payment method is saved, the amount is invoiced and payable within 7 days. If a charge to your saved method fails, you must provide another valid payment method within 48 hours of our notice.

08Your authorization

The authorizations in these Payment Terms stay in effect until your trip and any extra charges are paid in full. You may ask your card issuer to cancel them, but doing so after checkout is a material breach of these Payment Terms and the Charter Agreement: you remain fully responsible for the full amount owed, plus reasonable collection costs, and we may use all legal remedies to recover it.

We send notices before charging, as described above. However, if a notice is not sent or not received, our right to collect an amount you have authorized is not affected.

09Declined or failed payments

If a payment fails, the booking is not confirmed. You can try again or choose another method. If a charge you have authorized is declined, you must provide another valid payment method within 48 hours of our notice. If a payment is reversed after the trip is confirmed, other than for a refund that is due, you remain responsible for the amount owed and for reasonable collection costs as set out in the Charter Agreement, and the booking may be cancelled.

10Questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first at hello@flysummitjet.com within 30 days of the charge. We will reply within 2 business days and work to resolve it within 15 business days. Nothing here limits your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act or other consumer protection laws.

Charges made under these Payment Terms and the Charter Agreement are valid and properly authorized. Refunds, cancellations, service delivery and dispute resolution are governed by the Charter Agreement.

11Records and privacy

Your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal ESIGN Act. We keep a record of the date and time, the version accepted, the language, the payment method used, and technical details of your device and connection. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These Payment Terms are governed by Florida law, as set out in the Charter Agreement. Nothing in these Payment Terms limits any rights you have under federal or state consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. These Payment Terms may be provided in other languages for convenience. If there is any difference between a translation and the English version, the English version controls.
